We padd the back of our J bars with this foam so our Old Town Solo Canoe can butt up against the back of the J bar and not get scratched.

I'm sure you can think of many uses for this pre-glued ruber foam padding.

The padding is 8mm thick x 40mm wide with adhesive applied to the back, just peel off the protective paper and stick to clean dry surface.
